RPackages_CUDTP_ODT_My_Thesis

My thesis with 3 R packages and some scripts. CUDTP, ODT, SLF. CUDTP and ODT are dyadic tree algorithms for classification. The scripts contain the code for a comparison of some typical classification algorithms with CUDTP and ODT.
