Improve transition between fab and dialog, allowing the user to specific the dialog color. Also, don't crash on pre 5.0 devices

Improve transition between user list and user detail. Fix the Group activity so that it allows overlay of the navigation view in the drawer like it does in the projects activity.

Encode text in FileActivity to show content of html files properly.

Files of XML/HTML files will get rendered. This fix encodes the text before showing it. This also fixes issue #30
