Create intermediate activity to show when loading project/whatever it is you wish to view. Parse commit urls and load them

Improve transition between user list and user detail. Fix the Group activity so that it allows overlay of the navigation view in the drawer like it does in the projects activity.

Change app navigation and structure to where you load projects as needed and initially are presented with a project picker. WIP, but I want to commit since this is going to touch so many areas.
