Add paging for projects fragment to where it dynamically loads the next page of results when scrolled to the bottom

Change app navigation and structure to where you load projects as needed and initially are presented with a project picker. WIP, but I want to commit since this is going to touch so many areas.

-Changed to gradle dependency for Bypass
-Moved global state into app
-Use event bus for state related things
-Add about screen
-Add Fabric for tracking crashes
-Update to new build tools and Android 23
