* Integrate Settings activity in navigation drawer

Change checkAccountSet to load the latest Account instead of crash so that the app can recover when Application gets killed.

Change projects fragments to use the new load more indicator. Change default timeout to 30 seconds because of XML being slow

Don't perform upgrade stuff if we are on a fresh build and have no previous version. Remove the version upgrade message, since it is not going to work properly :sad:

Remember the last logged in account and show it initially when the app starts. Also switch to the latest accessed account when the currently active account is signed out.

First pass at muti signin, creating the Account model, setting it on the GitLabClient when sign in occurs, and storing accounts in a list in shared prefs (may need to rethink)

Change app navigation and structure to where you load projects as needed and initially are presented with a project picker. WIP, but I want to commit since this is going to touch so many areas.

 - Modified several margins and padding to comply more with the Material Design Spec
 - Fixed the navigation drawer to render under the status bar
