Change projects fragments to use the new load more indicator. Change default timeout to 30 seconds because of XML being slow

Don't perform upgrade stuff if we are on a fresh build and have no previous version. Remove the version upgrade message, since it is not going to work properly :sad:

Rename view holder static instance method from newInstance to inflate to make it more clear what it is doing

Reload issues when open/close issues. Also, remove reassign dialog in favor of going into the edit screen

Fix the problems with the activity going below the status bar. Fix the image going under the status bar as well

Make it where the spinners are custom so that we can show our own views and also show a custom item for no milestone or user. Update API call so that we can support creating issues with assignee and milestone, as well as edit issues with that information.
