Fix OpenSignInAuthenticator checking every request for 401 errors although it should only check requests that are going to the GitLab instance. Possible fix for #223

Fix AuthenticationRequestInterceptor check returning a false result if the URLs have different casing but are otherwise the same. Maybe related to #223
