Differentiate between a WebView login when getting the private token and when getting a access token for 2FA

This improves theming of EditTexts in general and also the specific
issue with the EmailAutoCompleteTextView (had to extract the methods
into to LoginActivity and use AppCompatAutoCompleteTextView)

* Remove the unnecessary `ATE.apply()` calls
* Replace all tags with the newer tag system

Merge request activity. Form validation for URL during login. Improve timestamp from dates. Swap order of issue comments to match web. Update support libs.

Switch to normal progress loading indicator on login and main activity. Also, use a consistent image size instead of computing the size in a weird way.
