Improve transition between user list and user detail. Fix the Group activity so that it allows overlay of the navigation view in the drawer like it does in the projects activity.

Update plugin. Make it where issue id title uses the internal id. Allow user to control if they are viewing open or closed issues, and allow user to control if they are viewing open, merged, closed, or all merge requests. Add activity transition between list of groups and group detail.

Fix issue with not being able to add user to group. Fix empty state for issues fragment. Remove ColorUtils in favor of Easel, the coolest library ever

Add paging for projects fragment to where it dynamically loads the next page of results when scrolled to the bottom

Update to latest support libraries, improve the dialog themes, fix issue with double share intent, and do a whole lot of improvements with Issues.

Make the dialogs respect the app theme, fix the error when adding an issue not actually adding the issue. Fix a few crashes related to fragment views not existing.

Encode text in FileActivity to show content of html files properly.

Files of XML/HTML files will get rendered. This fix encodes the text before showing it. This also fixes issue #30
