[BUG] Crash in markdown relative links

Hi Guys, The other day I found a bug in the app. I created a relative link using Markdown, but when I use this, the app crashes and restarts. I'm using Android 5.1.1 and the app version 2.2.5.

I haven't been able to reproduce this when creating a new issue with a relative link of the form [text](relative/url.md) on Android 6.0.1 using LabCoat 2.4.1.

@codexlynx, can you provide more detailed reproducibility instructions? I'd like to take a look at fixing this if it's indeed still happening.

Ahhhh yes, this was fixed in 2.4.0, I just forgot to close this out. Good catch!
