After adding or removing issues, update the positions in the list

After adding or removing issues, the list gets updated correctly. The index of the list items not,however. After clicking an item, the wrong item is opened. (is notifydatasetchanged called?)

Heh, yeah this is not an issue of notifydatasetchanged but actually that we are storing the position on the view and we should not
