Don't reload on branch switch

Right now we are reloading issues, merge requests, milestones and members when the branch is switched. We only really need to reload files, commits, and the overview readme

Meh, just gonna leave this alone because of issues it may cause if we ever allow the user to go straight to a project without it previously being initially loaded
