Issue #233 - Support confidential issue creation

• Add a SwitchCompat in xml to indicate if issue is confidential or not
• Send the confidential flag to server when issue is created or edited

The naming might a little off but I have tried to keep it consistent with other variable.

Yes, I double checked on issues that I previously created. Trying to edit those defaults the SwitchCompat to false. The same applies to creating new issues as well.

EDIT-- Editing previous issues retrieves a value from server which is false by default. SwitchCompat's default behavior is false which applies while creating new issues.

Actually, I was mistaken @adi.bk it will only show your pic if you have your email set up on gravatar.com. The same email you made contributions with. Sorry about that!
