Penalize suicide without being incapped with added respawn time and/or removal of X amount of tickets (2?) .

To the teleportation from being a viable mode of transport. To let players know write it on the Respawn button e.g. "Respawn (penalty X)" and on the prompt "Do you really want to respawn? (Penalty X)"
