Don't put both armed helicopters and IFVs on map

This just results in a complete chaos I feel. You have the IFVs to completely lock you down when going outside of the forests and on town edges, and then the helo to pin down/kill everyone in all other locations resulting in chaos. Feel free to keep unarmed light transport helos, but it is cool to see people scouting and using them for flanking.
