Change "pipe error 6" message to something less cryptic

Could be "Could not communicate with the Teamspeak plugin" instead, or even "Could not communicate with the Teamspeak plugin. Restart Teamspeak and/or reload the TFR plugin".

This way, people who get this error know what to do with it.
