It should be clearer how to run the game

We should info to the readme file as well as to the console.log in server.js to give an indication of how to connect to the game. (Open your browser, navigate to etc...)

Thought about this some more. I think we should add a serverConfig.js file to server/config which contains two pieces of information:

startupMessage (which should include a wildcard for the port [and possibly the ip - for other people])

and

port

server.js can then use this module when starting up.
