FR: prefs key for "Renew Tickets" menu item.

Would like a prefs key that changes the string used for the "Renew Tickets" menu item.

Nathan made a great point about less-technical users knowing nothing about what in the world a "ticket" is, much less what renewing them might do, and could easily confuse "tickets" with service tickets/cases if your org uses "tickets" as internal terminology.
