FR: Change or allow customization of menu items when "not connected"

Currently the menu items give very little indication that the client is unable to reach AD. The default (and now customizable, thanks!) menubar text of "Not Connected" is one indicator, but the menu items themselves seem a bit unfinished and potentially confusing.

The password expiration items is an unformatted string reading "password expires" which could be confusing to non-technical users.

It would be helpful to have that particular menu item read "Off Network" or "Off Campus", etc. Customization via preferences would be extremely nice, but it would be sufficient to change that menu item to more clearly indicate the client is off the corporate network.

Use those keys to set the top two menu items. Once a user has signed in, these will be over written with the normal user name and password expiration information.

Test with 1.0.3(554) or later.
