FR: Add Option to Customize "Change Password" Menu Item Text

Many of the menu items have options for customization.

I'd like to get one added for Change Password so we can personalize this for our institution. For example, we're a school so I'd like it to be something like "Change SchoolName Password".

There are a lot of different passwords users can have, so I like to be more explicit with what password they're changing.

Adding further to this request, I would like to request a message area and icon on top of the change password window. This would help us to make the dialog more in the image of our company/brand. Window displayed current is rather bland.

@csaxena please file a feature request on the logo. Not something we'd be against, but certainly a more complicated fix.

As for changing the menu item, we'll do that.

Confirmed that this preference properly changes the title of the "Change Password" menu item.
