When alternate app is specified with SelfServicePath pref still opens Self Service.app

We deploy a institution-branded Self Service app to make it easier for our users to identify where they can get help or install things they need. Because of this, we don't have our JSS auto install Self Service.

However, after chatting with another user who was still installing Self Service but specifying a different app via the SelfServicePath preference, determined that regardless of the application specified by this preference that it defaults to opening Self Service if installed in /Applications.

Would like NoMAD to default to what's specified in the SelfServicePath preference for situations where Self Service is still installed on a machine but a different app is desired.

Currently the code prefers the app to a specific setting. We can flip that.

Please try with NoMAD 1.0.5(626) or later. Setting SelfServicePath to None will ignore any existing Self Service applications.

Confirmed that the specified application path for the SelfServicePath pref is preferred when any of the default MDM self service applications are installed.
