Official request for power state change tracking and options

Officially opening a request for power state tracking and doing things like un-mounting shares, running scripts ,etc.

To expand upon this, one option is to disconnect the network shares when off network hopefully faster than the Finder timing out. If possible, use Power Nap for this.

We'll look at the auto-disconnect. Otherwise it should be easy to add power state changes to the network state detection we already do.
