Requesting a change to the installer for NoMad

Today, if NoMAD has been installed, and a launch agent (LA) for it is present and active, you cannot overwrite the application while the launch agent is loaded, which means that the application requires logout to upgrade. This is not ideal.

Instead, it would be helpful if the package installer could, prior to install, if the LA is present, unload the NoMAD LA, so that install could proceed, and on completion, reload the LA in the user space.
