Customised Password Policy Reminder when the user hit's Change Password

It would be nice to have a customised User Password Change Policy Reminder, a little bit like how ADPM has https://github.com/macmule/ADPassMon/wiki/Customization#password-policy-reminder, where admins can pre-set the define password policy of said company to remind users what they need to adhere to when changing a password.

It would be a really future idea to check if the password entered by the end user was checked against the requirements set by the administrator but that's a nice to have rather than an essential, future version?

Will enable a "?" button in the password change window.
