Notification to change password - Change button shows when pref set to None - Bug

ISSUE: Notification to change password shows up as normal. Gives option to change password or ok to dismiss. Our com.trusourcelabs.NoMAD preference for ChangePasswordType is set to None. Clicking change password does nothing as expected, but I think it should not show up at all. It will confuse the user. Notification would be enough.

Good thought, and something that we should fix. If ChangePasswordType is none then we shouldn't put that in the notification.
