Basque translation - Euskara EU (New translated language)

I've translated the files with the previous ROM version, 1.2.37 to Basque, or Euskara (EU).

I hope that you can add this language to the next versions.

Thanks for your contribution. Can you please restructure the folder structure in the future, so that it reflects the structure in the repo? E.g. "app/WearSports/res/values-en-rEU", etc. Also, you still had some files in HmVoice (folder "unknown") that should not be included.
