Named function expressions emitted for class methods cause issues in old IE versions
I.e. something like
Class.prototype.foo = function foo() {}
... will leak a variable foo
into its surrounding scope (see for example here).
These appear to only be there to ensure the methods have the correct name
property. Would you be open to an option to turn off the names, for codebases that still target IE8 and below? (I'll submit a PR.)
