Use ocamldoc to generate developer doc

This would:

1. Allow developer to hack on and contribute to oclaunch core code easier (by adding a graph of dependency of module),
2. Ease development of external plugins (by highlighting documentation of some classes and useful modules).

and wouldn’t replace user documentation.
