This commit changes files

This adds tracking to JiraService methods, and the Jira issues
controller.

The methods tracked are:

- JiraService#close_issue
- JiraService#create_issue (EE only)
- JiraService#cross_reference

And:

- Jira::IssuesController#index

These events are tracked against the user ID, because service code does
not have access to cookies.

The documentation refers to "breaking changes" in multiple places,
but did not define the term. This introduces a definition in the
contribution guide, and adds links to this definition in multiple
places.

This adds ability to revoke site profie
validations in DAST Configuration

Add the tag_list attribute to the job entity on the jobs and builds API,
and preload it to avoid N+1 queries issue with the database.

Also added documentation to match the change, and tests to validate the
tag list is added correctly.

For some reason, these pages didn't get re-badged after the tier
renaming. Cleaning up and replacing the badges with the new name.

- Update schema
- Update documentation

This reverts commit f925bb61, reversing
changes made to b50ca3ea.

These URLs were pointing towards the master branch, as it has been
renamed to main, we need to update the URLs

Additionally adding `/-/` to some more URLs pointing to
`gitlab-org/gitlab`.

This change allows setting
