For some reason, these pages didn't get re-badged after the tier
renaming. Cleaning up and replacing the badges with the new name.

Update EE files and architectural blueprints

All pages need badging to indicate what products they are
applicable to.

Continuing the process of cleaning up our documentation and building
a spelling-exceptions file.

Fix group/stage name in metadata.

This reverts commit f5763f30.

Move the Possessive.yml rule to error status, to satisfy a request
from Legal.

Replaces some shorthand words to enforce standard

Rebase against master, since this branch was a few weeks old, and
start by adding hard line wraps.

The previous URL had two drawbacks:

1. It didn't match what the title was about (`Assignments to DevOps
   Stages and Groups`, and the anchor was `#designated-technical-writers`).
2. It didn't account for the other sections, like development and API
   guidelines.

Cleaning up yet more future tense goodness.

The iterations list on this page contained invalid Markdown, which
this merge request cleans out.

Updated pages to add none/unassigned to metadata

A few new exceptions to add to the list of words we'll allow.

This commit moves architecture blueprints from epics to docs.gitlab.com
as per next iteration of out official Architecture Workflow.
