Noblegarden chocolate buff issues

Item 44791 which can give you different ranks of the Well Fed buff, depending on your level.

The buff itself works, however the way of obtaining it is flawed. As per the description of the chocolate, and as it is with all other food which grants you buffs, when you spend 10 seconds eating you are automatically granted the buff.

However, the chocolate functions differently, it gives you the buff after you finish eating or just moving and cancelling the eating process. If you are eating for 10 seconds or longer the buff will not appear. Also, even if you just spend 1 second eating and immediately start moving you will be given the buff immediately.
