The Barrens - The Stagnant Oasis

Current behaviour:

Planting the seeds completes the quest but does not spawn pickable plants.

Expected behaviour:

Planting the seeds should complete the quest and spawn plants on the fissure that can be picked for food.

Steps to reproduce the problem: Plant seeds at the fissure.
