The Barrens - Engineer Whirleygig

Current behaviour:

Summons overleveled Compact Harvest Reaper (Can't see what level it is at level 18.) This will absolutely wipe the floor with anyone in this zone's level range. In addition he summons explosive sheep that do nothing but follow him as if they were non combat pets. Both are bugs present in most if not all emulators.

Expected behaviour:

The Harvest Reaper should be level 17, the same as his level. The sheep should behave like an explosive sheep does.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Engage the mob.
