Paladin: The First Trial missing scripting

As part of the the quest 9678 you have to light up the brazier (object=181956) after which an NPC spawns outside, running inside the cave and then charging at you.

Currently the quest works, but with two details missing:

1.) When you light up the brazier there is no fire animation present 2.) The NPC will simply spawn inside the cave next to the brazier and just attack you, unable to use charge on aggro while running into the cave.
