Ghostlands: Aquantion spawns incorrectly

Currently when the mob is spawned he will "fall" through the water and partly end up in the statue. He will also not aggro automatically, even if you stand right next to it. However, he is supposed to spawn directly between the two lines behind the statue, as seen in the video below, and also he should immediately engage into combat.
