Hillsbrad Foothills - NPC and mob keeps resetting

Current behaviour:

Keep resetting to their original position

Expected behaviour:

Southshore guard is supposed to fight off the bear and the bear is supposed to die

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. None needed

None
