Hillsbrad Foothills - Broken pathing on the dock in Southshore

Current behaviour:

Mob will path around the dock, but then entirely ignore it when you jump back up

Expected behaviour:

Mob is supposed to traverse back the same way

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Aggro mob
2. Jump off the bridge, and then back up
3. Watch the pathing
