Darkshore - Plagued Lands quest NPC behaves incorrect

Quest: http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=2118

Objective: Capture Rabid Thistle Bear (http://wotlk.openwow.com/npc=2164) - becomes Captured Rabid Thistle Bear (http://wotlk.openwow.com/npc=11836)

While captured bear should be friendly (http://wotlk.openwow.com/npc=11836), in our case he is hostile. However attacking him causes Evade message, but he doesn't dissapear. But he dissapears later, which is normal behaviour.
