Eversong Woods - Abandoned Investigations - scripted event after completion of the quest is broken

As I said in the title, the quest works fine, but the scripting after you complete the quest is broken.

What is happening

Magister Duskwither http://wotlk.openwow.com/npc=15951 is saying his correct dialogue - "Good riddance... now none shall be able to repeat my mistakes!", but at the wrong time. Then he is casting fireball but no fireball shows up.

What is supposed to happen

After the player completes the quest a book should spawn inside Magister Duskwither left hand, he should turn towards the edge and throw it. Now the Magister Duskwither's Journal http://wotlk.openwow.com/object=181012 should spawn at 59.83, 60.66. Then Magister Duskwither should begin casting Fireball and the Fireball should fly towards Magister Duskwither's Journal. The Journal should now start burning and at the same time Magister Duskwither should say his dialogue "Good riddance... now none shall be able to repeat my mistakes!".

The Magister Duskwither's Journal http://wotlk.openwow.com/object=181012 should also spawn via the above mentioned script, currently it's just laying on the ground all the time, which isn't how it's supposed to be. (This is fixed now)
