These four changes - a couple of which required some ingenuity - are
the last four identified spelling issues in the main docset. Two
involved inline code in tables that included pipe characters, which
GitHub Flavored Markdown explicitly does not support. These lines
had to be rewritten or taken out of their tables entirely; there was
no other way to fix the upstream problem.

These redirect files have expired and we
no longer need to maintain them. Server-side
redirects will remain in the gitlab-docs project

Deal with spelling issues in multiple ways. Add some words to the
spelling exceptions list. Fix misspellings. Turn off spellchecking on
things that shouldn't be in the exceptions list, but we also can't
remove.

The `name` attribute in LDAP fetches the user's visible name in profiles
but often the ideal value for this is split between two different fields
that are configurable via  the use of `first_name` and `last_name`.

The docs were not very clear on how to force use of the latter (split)
configuration over `name`, doable by intentionally setting it to
something non-existent.

These changes enable git authentication via Crowd for git requests using
https. This is similar to the existing LDAP authenticator. There are
also changes to the User model to prevent the password warning message
from showing if Crowd is enabled.

This is rendered by Nanoc and presented in an alert box in the docs
site. The second `**Note:**` can be redundant, so let's remove it.

use only two alerts (note, warning), and eliminate any bold text
coming after the icon.

This changes CAUTION to WARNING and eliminates any
**Warning:**/**Caution:** text that comes after them.

The previous URL had two drawbacks:

1. It didn't match what the title was about (`Assignments to DevOps
   Stages and Groups`, and the anchor was `#designated-technical-writers`).
2. It didn't account for the other sections, like development and API
   guidelines.

The LDAP administrative docs carry a few examples for attribute names
that can be specified for the `uid` configuration key.
The examples do not follow the style of others in portraying
a single selectable option, and may imply an array of choices.

These pages had some cues toward which stage should own them.

Redirect files can be deleted after 3 months, but
the deletion should follow the process defined
in the docs processes.

Expand vale rule to catch known bad grammar for
login and signin, and fix all examples

Removes several instances of please from the docs.

First batch of added none/unassigned metadata for doc pages.
