This replaces non standard double quotes with
normal double quotes

We don't need to allow irregular quotes, as it could
allow some tests to be avoided if the test looks for
the standard style only

Just a simple addition of a command that
grabs the first/last line and extracts time into
a nice range-like output

This is to use more consistent language and Advanced Search migration
is clearer about the specific scope.

Clean up unneeded whitespace at the end of lines

Document the access check time limit and cross-link the pages that
reference this internal API endpoint.

Whatever's needed: fix spelling, wrap in code tags, add words to
exceptions file, rephrase. Just get it done.

Replaces some shorthand words to enforce standard

Continuing to clean up spelling issues from our docsets!

Deal with spelling issues in multiple ways. Add some words to the
spelling exceptions list. Fix misspellings. Turn off spellchecking on
things that shouldn't be in the exceptions list, but we also can't
remove.

* Updated/removed specs

This is rendered by Nanoc and presented in an alert box in the docs
site. The second `**Note:**` can be redundant, so let's remove it.

In https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/5020, we decided to
use only two alerts (note, warning), and eliminate any bold text
coming after the icon.

This changes CAUTION to WARNING and eliminates any
**Warning:**/**Caution:** text that comes after them.
