Task description

Beta release announcement to be published in the CIP public wiki. The release announcement has to be reviewed by the CIP members and maybe event the Linux Foundation. The announcement should include:

• Link to the download page
• Link to the feature page
• Link to the communication channels for contributors/users.
• Link to upstream.
• Board @ desk - Single dev description summary and link to the detailed description
• Summary of the goal of this effort.
• What is CIP section.

Acceptance Criteria

• Write a draft
• Send it for review to Members
• Get approval
• Publish it on the wiki the release date : link
