Add more devices & create Documentation pages on CIP Wiki

Issue Background

The Beaglebone Black was chosen as the first device to be used in the CIP Project. A Renesas board (arm64) will be the next target

Issue description

We need to continue to add boards that support this effort and each device should have its own How-To page on the CIP Wiki We should determine a template for adding support pages so they all look the same.

Acceptance criteria

This issue will be closed when additional boards have been added that support the community requests and fit within the CIP Platform.
