Begin constructing several different types of tests

Issue Background

Everything to-date has been focused on performing a Health-Check test on the Beaglebone Black.

Issue description

We need to add tests that the users of the VM might need. We can certainly pull from the Linaro Test repositories, but also we need to add our own tests. I think we should create them by Category. I know Security would be one category, but there are a dozen others. The users should be able to submit their tests to the repository or create their own repo for tests to which , we can link.

Acceptance criteria

This issues will be closed when we have a library of categorized tests ready for the user to draw upon.
