CIP testing Download service: up, running and automation

Issue Background

The Linux Foundation has provided CIP with the S3 service.

Issue description

• The service needs to be tested.
• Evaluate how can we upload images automatically from Gitlab.com, including metadata associated and artifacts.

Blocked by #69 (closed).

Acceptance criteria

• More than one user from the CIP team can upload a VM image. Users with credentials.
• The service is used for the v0.9 release. Link to the downloadable image included in the download page.
• The VM images to be released are uploaded automatically after being generated with gitlab. Link to the scripts that automate the process.
