Get rid of most warnings when running autogen.sh
These were because the subdir-objects option was not specified for AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE. I still get a warning from AM_GNU_GETTEXT, but that comes from a separate project.
Do not update/delete: Banner broadcast message test data
