This change adds the missing fields:

* `enable_advanced_logs_querying`
* `logs_api_path`

to the environment `GET` APIs. It also completes the listing `GET` API
with the `last_deployment` field, which already existed for the single
`GET` API.

When environment gets updated, slug and tier aren't properly updated.

And we actually can't update slug as it's used by deployment
jobs(e.g. AutoDevOps) and should stay the same for the environment.

Line up subsequent arguments with first argument

The previous URL had two drawbacks:

1. It didn't match what the title was about (`Assignments to DevOps
   Stages and Groups`, and the anchor was `#designated-technical-writers`).
2. It didn't account for the other sections, like development and API
   guidelines.

Fix links so they don't imply actual GitLab URLs, but instead use
variants of example.com.

Make it easier to see who owns the content of this page.

These words should not be treated as spelling errors by Vale's
spelling checker.

Also Standardize quote usage & replace look-alike PRIVATE-TOKENs

The code blocks for each API call on these pages did not specify a
code style. Most needed to be plaintext, but I also found a couple
of places that had extra line breaks that weren't needed.

A couple needed to be 'shell.'
