Generate a summary report, such as for billing, of AWS usage (storage and bandwidth) using "aws-billing-detailed-line-items-with-resources-and-tags" CSV (or zipped CSV) broken down by user:client tag.

This is a plugin for Grav CMS to add an "Analytics" dashboard to the admin plugin.
