Add information about other issue trackers

Currently the issue page only links to the three "old" repos Client, Data and Server.

It should be structured by sort of problems and inform about the other repos that are now available.

If that happened, I would link to this site from the app.

This definitely makes sense. I don't think this needs to be in %Launch since we can just copy the existing content over. I'd really like to see this new website launch sooner rather then later. Then we can start doing improvements here in gitlab while spending minimal time stuck between both versions of the website.

Perhaps we should just move this to https://f-droid.org/docs, it seems bit odd to have Issues on the top header. Or it could be a section in About.

@eighthave +1 for moving to docs.

We should also clarify which tracker should be used for what type of issue. People report wrong issues against fdroidserver a lot, because these are currently explaining things sub-optimal:
