Push existing Jekyll code to official repo

@fxedel, you already did some great work in order to get the website running with Jekyll. I suppose you fork this repository, add your code and push it to your repo. On all the other repos it's usual to open MRs for every bigger stuff, I suppose that we do this in all repo of the F-Droid group.

@mvdan Is it somewhere written down that MRs should be used like mentioned above?
